How To Use

Suggested use: 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) before or after meals, 2 to 6 times per day.

Servings per bottle: 2oz (59mL) is approx. 24 servings.

Do not use if you are allergic to plants in the parsley (Apiaceae) family. Do not use if you have liver or gallbladder disorders, bowel obstruction, or active peptic ulcers. Discomfort due to gastric hyperacidity may occur after taking bitter herbs. Consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or for use in children under 12 years of age.

I have been struggling with bad heart burn and indigestion during pregnancy and this has been so helpful. I take it before large meals or i take it whenever im feeling heartburn and indigestion and it goes away almost instantly.
