In a small jar, combine the ingredients, cover, and shake well.

Adaptogen Pancakes

Makes about 6-8 pancakes, depending on size.
(Recipe can be doubled)


  •  1 cup flour (or ½ cup almond flour, ½ cup flour)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp almond or hemp milk
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 6 tsp Urban Moonshine Simmer Down Tonic
 Optional toppings ideas:
  • Fruit
  • Nuts- pecans, almonds, cashews
  • Hemp seeds
  • Almond butter/ peanut butter
  • Coconut flakes
  • Bee pollen
  • Cacao Nibs
  • Yogurt

Adaptogen Pancakes and Orange


Combine all ingredients in a stand mixer, or a bowl, and mix well.

Pour batter by 1/4 cupful’s onto a hot griddle coated with oil or butter. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until the second side is golden brown.

Top with desired toppings and serve warm with Immune Tonic Maple Syrup.
