Cancellation policy

Subscriptions & Cancellation Policy:
When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select at the time of purchase. Subscriptions have a minimum of two (2) billing cycles before cancellation, as agreed to at time of purchase. After two billing cycles, you may cancel at any time.


Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you don't want to renew a subscription you can cancel it.
If you want change your subscription items or delivery frequency, you can do it at any time. You can manage your subscription from the link in the order confirmation emails. If you have any issue, please reach out to customer service at customerservice@urbanmoonshine.com.
