DIY Adaptogenic Hot Cocoa

An adaptogenic and soothing herbal beverage

Adaptogenic hot cocoa

A calming, adaptogenic hot cocoa that nourishes and supports the nervous system.* It's the perfect thing to drink on our own for some self- love and care, or with a loved one.

The combination of cardiovascular support from the cacao and nervous system support form adaptogens like ashwagandha, and tulsi makes for a delightful balance of herbal actions.*

Adaptogens are one of our favorite class of herbs for self-care, and perfect for this time of year. They protect the body from the depleting effects of stress and build our bodies' resistance to burnout and exhaustion. While normalizing our stress response, adaptogens like ashwagandha and tulsi featured in our Simmer Down Tonic support a positive mood and leave us feeling patient, centered, all while supporting a calm, relaxed state of mind that helps to support our resistance to occasional stress, tension, and irritability.*

Mood-brightening and deeply nourishing, treat yourself to this delightful beverage during this month of love.
