Simmer Down Ice Cream
This recipe is simple and can be made without an ice cream maker.
Serves 2 (makes 2 cups)
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 Tbsp cocoa butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
- 2 tsp Simmer Down Tonic
- optional: nuts or chocolate chips
Directions:
Combine everything in a blender and blend on high for a minute until smooth.
Pour into a bread pan, and freeze for at least 2 hours, or until hard. Let soften for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
