DIY: Summer Smoothie Bowl with Simmer Down Tonic

Smoothie bowls are the perfect summer breakfast because you can use up any fresh or frozen produce you have laying around, and pack them full of nutritious offerings such as leafy greens, nuts and seeds, and, of course, herbs.

Our Simmer Down Tonic pairs deliciously with this meal and adds an extra touch of well-being with the adaptogens. The combination of fruit, veggies and herbs like ashwagandha and tulsi leave you feeling nourished, calm and ready to greet the day!

I will also say that taking the extra minute to decorate your bowl satisfies the creative self, as well as makes the meal all that more special. There are no wrong ways to do this, so go wild and take that extra step of self-love and creativity!
