Joy Tonic is fast-acting and is easily absorbed in liquid form. Most people feel the effects within a few minutes.*
Make sure you take the correct dose — the recommended serving size is one full teaspoon!
Joy Tonic is non-stimulating and can be used any time of day.
Joy Tonic has a cult following for a reason! It offers fast-acting support for occasional stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and tension.* The herbs in Joy Tonic are nervines (herbs that soothe the nervous system) and aromatics (to balance tension in the body). It’s like a deep breath on the inside!*
While we generally steer clear of herbs that are widely contraindicated so that most folks can safely use our products, please refer to the “How to Use” section on product pages for product-specific safety information.
We highly recommend diluting Joy Tonic into a bit of sparkling water — it’s a wonderful way to enjoy the aromatics and take the edge off the tincture blend!
Joy Tonic features several aromatic herbs like rose and lemon balm, which have an uplifting, heart-opening effect.* Because aromatic plants contain volatile compounds, they need to be tinctured at a higher percent alcohol to effectively extract and preserve them. As a result, Joy Tonic has a strong taste of alcohol. It can be diluted into water or juice as needed (do not heat).
