How To Use

Suggested use: 2.5 ml (1/2 tsp) before or after meals, 3 to 6 times per day.

Best product I’ve found for upset stomach, overeating, feeling too full. Take before meals to prevent issues with digestion. Take after meals if discomfort occurs. It’s great!
